Deputy Facility Manager

Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, a company with industrial facilities, is looking for a Deputy Facility Manager.

Our client, a company with industrial facilities, is looking for a Deputy Facility Manager.

Reporting to the Facility Manager, the successful candidate will coordinate all functions according to quality standards and to meet company's strategic goals.
 
Main Responsibilities:

• Follow up of planning for daily tasks
• Cooperate with quality dept for the implementation of ISO Management Systems - OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001
• Cooperate closely with mechanical dept making sure that the equipment are fully operational and at excellent condition
• Participates in Group’s projects
• Submit reports on performance and progress.
• Prepares the weekly manpower schedule.
• Review best practices with the Facility Manager
• Any other task as may be deemed necessary

Qualifications:

• Chemist
• Proven working experience for five (5) years in chemical industry

• Excellent use of MS-Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Problem-solving skills
