Helios Distribution Ltd is looking for a dynamic Demand Planner to join its team !                     From analysing sales data to forecasting demand and optimising stock levels, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing business efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Tracking product inventory 
• Analyzing sales, stock, and other data statistics
• Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies
• Using and maintaining the demand planning software 
• Providing input to the supply planning organisation in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs
• Refining systems and methods to improve forecasts in order to better anticipate customer needs
• Conduct monthly forecast maintenance
• Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner

 Requirements and skills

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields; Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration.

• A minimum of 3 years as a Demand Planner or a similar role
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of ERP system & Microsoft Office tools especially Excel
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
