The mission of the data/reporting analyst is to translate complex data into understandable reports and enhance efficiency of organizational processes!

 

Job Description:
 
You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency within our recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively. You will work closely with our Admin team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data-driven tools to drive business outcomes and enhance our recruitment strategies.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into actionable insights.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, OneUp or similar software.
  • Extract and analyze data from our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Create and automate standardized reports to track key recruitment metrics, such as candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives and strategies, identifying areas of success and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline data collection processes and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Provide training and support to team members on reporting tools and best practices for data analysis and interpretation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics to continuously improve our reporting capabilities and drive business value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a reporting or analytics role, preferably within the recruitment industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, OneUp, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other HR software is preferred.
  • Certification in data analysis or related field is a plus.
