As per description below.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Record all inbound and outbound stock movements in the system.
- Verify source documents such as delivery notes, picking lists, and invoices before data entry.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels.
- Liaise with warehouse personnel to obtain missing or unclear information.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly inventory reports.
- Identify and report any discrepancies between system data and physical stock.
- Assist during stock counts and audits.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company data.
- Perform any other related duties as may be assigned.
Qualification & Competencies:
- Minimum School Certificate (SC) or equivalent qualification.
- Certificate in Office Administration, IT or Logistics would be an advantage.
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in a similar position (Warehouse Clerk, Data Entry or Inventory Assistant).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Sage, Odoo, QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Be honest, reliable and methodical approach to tasks.
- Should be ready to work odd hours and during week ends/public holidays.
