Cyber Rating Data Specialist
Orange Cyber Rating skill center missions:
The Orange skill center oversees the following tasks: • Customer Cyber ratings follow-up • Customer support on “Orange Cyber Rating” internal tools • Customer vulnerability Management follow-up • Customer External Cyber ratings follow-up • Customer internal and external Data cross checking and analysis • Define and execute daily, weekly, monthly dashboards • Maintain up to date the customer’s inventory
NOTE: “Customer” is the term used within this document to represent Orange group’s divisions, clusters and subsidiaries.
Activities:
During the RUN phase, the “Orange Cyber Rating” skill center collaborator is responsible for the following activities:
1. Definition of Data Model, Data Inventory Baseline, Data Governance
- Ensure the initial management and reconciliation of the asset information provided by customer, and alignment on the understanding of definition
- Ensure the agreed data model is applied across the full scope of “Orange Cyber Rating” strategy and project.
- Ensure an agreed baseline customer inventory data is established with the customer. • Ensure an agreed data integrity SLA is established with the customer.
- Ensure the basic data (IP / Domain / Assets) are regularly updated by customer.
2. Data Inventory upload into “Orange Cyber Rating” tool
- Ensure the data model is applied in baseline inventory to be uploaded in “Orange Cyber Rating” tool.
- Ensure the key data reference points are integrated. • Highlight risks related to data discrepancies as identified in the customer inventory.
- Ensure a validation gate/handshake with the customer on the customer inventory data after completion of data load and takeover under “Orange cyberating” team management.
3. Data for Reporting for reporting
- Ensure the key data is available for daily, weekly, and monthly and on demand reporting.
- Perform business critical analysis of information from internal and external cyber rating tools.
4. Managing Master Data
- Ensure that the integrity of your configuration and asset data is maintained properly.
- Manage customer information that are relevant to the service. 5. Relationship Management
- Act as SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) for any question about “Orange Cyber Rating”.
- Manage the relationship with customer to be able to operate the end-to-end Service lifecycle.
Job role specificities:
- Work in a multi-cultural and transversal environment, interacting with a large diversity of Orange group’s subsidiaries.
- It is a plus to be curious and being able to understand Orange group organization and evolutions.
Required skills and competencies:
- Customer Relation Management
- Data Management
- He/She will demonstrate a high level of autonomy, being able to take initiatives and organize working groups with various stakeholders in project mode frameworks.
- Team spirit oriented and communication skills in multicultural environments.
- Methodical approach with high attention to details.
- Fluent English & French in reading and writing.
- Technical knowledges: Python, Django framework, databases such as MySQL, IP Network, data visualization tools (example PowerBI or any other related tool) and pack office.
