What You’ll Do:
✅ Support and guide Customer Support Officers
✅ Manage daily operations and live orders
✅ Work closely with merchants
✅ Handle payments, costing, and pricing updates
✅ Solve issues quickly and professionally

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Strong leadership & communication skills
🔹 Calm under pressure and great at problem-solving
🔹 Detail-oriented and good with numbers
🔹 Comfortable with Excel and internal systems
🔹 Team player with a positive attitude
🔹 BSc in Communication or Management
