Albert Trading Ltd is seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Customer Service Representative for the After-Sales department to act as the first point of contact for our company while also providing vital support and follow-up with our customers. 

The Customer service representative is the front line of support for clients and help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

 

Duties:

  • Always maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Communicating with customers, acknowledging, and resolving promptly to customer complaint/queries through various channels.
  • Manage of incoming & outgoing phone calls.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge so that you can answer questions and increase sales.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Providing prompt feedback to customers on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum: Certificate in Administration or High school certification
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, office-based role.
  • Located in Port Louis
  • Mon to Fri : 08h30 - 17h,
  • Sat : 08h30 > 13h.
  • May be required to do overtime from time to time.
