Hold at least a Higher School Certificate. Previous hotel-related experience will be an advantage. Minimum 2 years of experience in reservation and reception. Be computer literate.Excellent oral and written communication skills (Both English and French Language).
Act as a receptionist and supply information as per customer’s needs.
Receive visitors and direct them to the right location.
Answer customer queries in an efficient manner and provide comprehensive information as per established procedures and policies.
Assist customers in finding adequate activities and inform them about special conditions of the day.
Deal with complaints tactfully and in a timely manner.
Ensure that reservations orders receive through phone, fax or email are tackled with accuracy.
Provide support to the reservation and cashiering team as and when required.
Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Management.
