Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of LUCRIN—delivering responsive, polished, and solution-oriented assistance to our global clientele. Your role is central to maintaining brand loyalty, converting inquiries into sales, and ensuring satisfaction across every touchpoint.
You will engage with customers via multiple channels, manage pre- and post-sales queries, and support the daily operations of LUCRIN’s international online business.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Relationship Building
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver premium, personalized service that reflects LUCRIN’s luxury positioning.
- Assist customers with product selection, personalization options, and brand storytelling.
Sales & Order Management
- Support sales conversions through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and with transparency.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Quality Assurance & Feedback
- Monitor and report recurring customer concerns to contribute to process improvements.
- Help maintain accurate knowledge base entries and service documentation.
Operational Flexibility
- Support during peak periods and promotional events with extended availability
- Participate in internal training and ongoing product knowledge development.
