Job Responsibilities:
1. Luxury Customer Service
- Manage customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat with professionalism and expertise.
- Provide personalized product guidance, recommendations, and after-sales support.
- Uphold LUCRIN’s high standards, ensuring every customer feels valued.
2. Sales Through Service
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through engaging interactions.
- Guide customers in choosing materials, customizations, and engraving options.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales and long-term customer relationships.
3. Order & Returns Management
- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges efficiently and transparently.
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.
4. Strengthen Brand Loyalty & Retention
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a luxury experience at every touchpoint.
- Monitor customer feedback and help refine service strategies.
- Handle VIP and priority customers with extra care and professionalism.
5. Additional Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members in high-priority cases.
- Contribute to process improvements for better efficiency.
- Be flexible with working hours to support customer needs.
- Any other duties assigned by the Customer Service Manager or Senior Representatives.
