Are you a customer-focused professional with a solid background in banking and an analytical mindset? PEX LTD is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Operations Senior Analyst. This is a dual role combining customer service excellence with operational data analysis. The successful candidate will not only handle customer interactions and support but also perform trend analysis on key banking indicators such as approval rates, transaction declines, and service uptimes. You’ll work closely with our operation and technical team and partner banks to improve client experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide professional and efficient customer service to banking clients and end-users.
•Liaise with banking partners to address client concerns and service issues.
•Analyse transaction trends, approval and decline rates, customer feedback, and operational reports.
•Prepare and present periodic reports on service performance and transaction trends.
•Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance service delivery and operational processes.
•Maintain accurate records of client interactions and analytical findings.

Qualification & Experience

•Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in customer service or operations within the banking or financial services industry.
•Strong knowledge of banking operations, transaction processing, approval workflows, and digital banking platforms.
•Experience in data analysis and reporting (proficiency in Excel or other reporting tools is an advantage).
•Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
•Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret trends and operational data.
•Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Management, Data Analysis, or a related field.
•Training or certification in data analysis or fintech applications will be an advantage.
