We are looking for Customer Service Officers for our trouble shooting department and body & paint department to act as the liaison between our customers and our Workshop.
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to act as the liaison between our customers and our Workshop.
- The CSO will be responsible to convey the customers' repairs requests to the Workshop and to provide timely feedback on the progress.
- The CSO will also provide all cost related information to the customers prior to undertaking any parts' replacement or repairs.
Responsibilities
- Greeting the customer on arrival, showing respect and making them feel welcome.
- Preparing the job requests as per the customers' requirements.
- Using courtesy items to protect the customer’s vehicle.
- Conducting a walk-around check to identify additional items needing attention.
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
- Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
- Managing and overseeing the dealership's workflow and schedule.
- Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments.
- Liaising with Spare Parts Department about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.
- Preparing quotations and seeking approval before jobs are carried out or missing parts are ordered.
- Explaining in details the job completed when delivering back the customer's vehicle.
- Scheduling further appointment in case job has not been completed or upon receipt of missing parts.
Requirements
- A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills using all methods email, phone etc.
- Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management.
- Valid driving license.
Qualifications
- Any related diploma/certificate
- Computer Literate.
- Previous Experience in Workshop will be an advantage.
- Good Knowledge of all vehicles type of repairs.
