RESPONSIBILITIES
He/she will deal with the following tasks:
reception of equipment from customer to be repaired
in workshop
inform customers about their quotation / repairs
organise delivery of equipment to customer
follow up concerning repairs on equipment
administrative tasks
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 3 years experience is required for this position
SKILLS
Telephone Skills,
Customer care oriented
Good verbal and listening skills
Microsoft Office Skills
Ability to work in a team and to work odd hours/or under pressure to meet deadlines.
