Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for a Customer Service Assistant (contract of 2 years).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Main responsibilities:
- To be the first point of contact on the phone to internal and external customers;
- To operate the switchboard in a courteous, empathic manner and to the highest standards of service excellence;
- To achieve positive outcomes from customer queries and feedback in a timely and efficient manner;
- To create and maintain the telephone directory;
- To extract reports on the telephone system;
- To relay comprehensive and accurate information to the highest standard of service excellence;
- To deal with customer complaints effectively;
- To attend voice mail messages received on the switchboard on a daily basis;
- To welcome visitors and customers (on a rota basis) on the Ground floor by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person in a professional and friendly manner.
Qualification:
- HSC or equivalent.
- At least one-year customer service experience in a service-oriented environment.
Candidate profile:
- Be fully computer literate
- good oral and written communication skills
- good command of English & French, along with a clear voice
- Team player
