Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for a Customer Service Assistant (contract of 2 years).

 

Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for a Customer Service Assistant (contract of 2 years).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Main responsibilities:

  • To be the first point of contact on the phone to internal and external customers;
  • To operate the switchboard in a courteous, empathic manner and to the highest standards of service excellence;
  • To achieve positive outcomes from customer queries and feedback in a timely and efficient manner;
  • To create and maintain the telephone directory;
  • To extract reports on the telephone system;
  • To relay comprehensive and accurate information to the highest standard of service excellence;
  • To deal with customer complaints effectively;
  • To attend voice mail messages received on the switchboard on a daily basis;
  • To welcome visitors and customers (on a rota basis) on the Ground floor by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person in a professional and friendly manner.

Qualification:

  • HSC or equivalent.
  • At least one-year customer service experience in a service-oriented environment.

Candidate profile:

  • Be fully computer literate
  • good oral and written communication skills
  • good command of English & French, along with a clear voice
  • Team player
