To operate the switchboard in a courteous, empathic manner and to the highest standards of service excellence
Main Duties:
- To be the first point of contact on the phone to internal and external customers
- To operate the switchboard in a courteous, empathic manner and to the highest standards of service excellence
- To achieve positive outcomes from customer queries and feedback in a timely and efficient manner
- To create and maintain the telephone directory
- To extract reports on the telephone system
- To relay comprehensive and accurate information to the highest standard of service excellence
- To deal with customer complaints effectively
- To attend voice mail messages received on the switchboard on a daily basis
- To welcome visitors and customers (on a rota basis) on the Ground floor by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person in a professional and friendly manner
Main Requirement:
- Holder of an HSC
- Should be able to communicate clearly in English and French
- Prior experience in a similar role would be an advantage
