We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving issues, and enhance customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers
  • To do receipts for payment collected at the reception
  • Ensure that all files are updated with accurate and concise information
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information about FedEx services, shipments, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues
  • Uphold FedEx’s commitment to exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in customer service would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
