We’re looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote customer service team on a contract basis, supporting an exciting global sportswear brand

 

Join our remote customer service team on a contract basis and help support a top international sportswear brand.

This is a fully remote position, so a reliable high-speed internet connection is essential. All necessary equipment will be provided to ensure you can perform your duties effectively from home.

Available Shifts (Fixed Schedule):

  • 11:15 AM – 7:45 PM

  • 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.

  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries via email and chat.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support platforms.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-channel environments is a plus.

  • Experience supporting e-commerce or retail campaigns is a bonus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Quick to understand and effectively address customer needs.

  • Consistently professional, empathetic, and patient in all interactions.

  • Highly adaptable and open to feedback, with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.

  • Comfortable handling customer communication via email and chat.

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Quick thinker with solid problem-solving abilities.

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Open to feedback and dedicated to ongoing learning and improvement.
