We’re hiring Customer Service Agents – Remote (Contract Basis) for retail, fashion, and logistics campaigns starting late Oct–early Nov. Must have strong communication skills and experience handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

 

Customer Service Agent – Remote (Contract Basis) 

We’re looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote customer service team.

This is a fully remote position, so a reliable high-speed internet connection is essential. All necessary equipment will be provided to ensure you can perform your duties effectively from home.

Person Specification: Customer Service Role

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

  • Experience handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software.

  • Previous experience in fast-paced, multi-channel environments is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to respond quickly and effectively.

  • Demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and patience in all customer interactions.

  • Adaptable and receptive to feedback, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills; able to work independently in a remote setup.

  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude with good collaboration skills.

Personal Attributes:

  • Friendly, approachable, and genuinely customer-focused.

  • Calm under pressure and capable of handling challenging situations professionally.

  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

Key Requirements:

  • At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a dynamic or fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable managing customer communication across phone, email, and chat.

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Quick thinker with effective problem-solving skills.

  • Dependable and self-motivated, capable of working independently from home.

  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
