We’re looking for a Customer Operations Officer. You will join the Client Operations & Customer Success Team.
The goal of this team is to support clients when using our services.
More specifically, your first main mission will be to take part in the launch of a new exciting project aiming at supporting the creation of new non-profits to bring their projects to life.
Missions of the Customer Operations Officer
Main mission: take the lead on the delivery of our new service
- Present our service and our brand to our clients.
- Go through the administrative steps to register the non-profits (review documents, complete filling with French authorities,…).
Other missions
As a member of the Customer Operations Team, we expect you to be able to cover a wide array of tasks (depending on needs and seasonality):
- Handle customer requests (Support, mostly through tickets, and sometimes calls).
- Assist clients during their onboarding (training).
Required Qualifications

Experience
- 4+ years of experience in a related position.
- Background in Customer Success, Back Ops, Admin appreciated.
Skills
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Communicative:
- Ability to speak to clients.
- At ease in asking questions, and giving frequent feedback to the rest of the team.
- Completely fluent in French and English.
- Project management skills and knowledge of CRM and Customer Experience tools (Hubspot, Zendesk) are a plus.
