The Custom Clerk will be responsible for the preparation and processing of bill of entry and other relevant documents for spare parts, vehicle and other goods for clearance and shipping.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and process bill of entry and other relevant documents for spare parts, vehicle and other goods for clearance and shipping.
- Prepare Import Permit where applicable
- Follow custom procedures for imported goods
- Input all declarations in the Warehouse Management System
- Prepare Bill of Entry on Customs Management System.
- To pay bills and processed duty free bill in MRA Customs
- Monitors import/export permit
- Ensure clearance of goods
- Perform administrative tasks and proper follow up with concerned parties

QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE:
- HSC with a Certificate / Diploma in logistics
- Knowledge of customs tariffs and customs Act and regulations
- 3 – 5 years of working experience in a similar position
- Computer literate with MS Excel at advanced level
