Creative Web Designer

This position offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, being at the centre of a shared services department, contributing to visual and strategic elements of marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of web experiences, product packaging, and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Web & E-commerce

• Design and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure designs align with brand identity and enhance user experience.

2. Packaging & Product Design

• Creating packaging concepts for new and existing products, including visuals, materials, and structures.

3. Digital & Social Media Design

• Create visuals for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Design banners, posts, digital ads as needed for campaigns and seasonal promotions.
• Stay up to date with social media trends to ensure creative relevance and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in web and digital design.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and web design tools.
• Portfolio representing work across web design, product packaging, and digital media.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in an e-commerce or product-based environment.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization principles.
