The Job holder will ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements relative to running a large and geographically diverse group of companies are complied with.
We are an International organization looking to hire a dynamic individual who will serve as a focal point for communications relative to the Board of Directors of all joint venture and other legal entities in th EEMEA region of our business. Functionally reporting to the Chairman, EEMEA and administratively to the General Manager, Legal the individual will occupy a key role in the administration of critical corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, Corporate restructurings, audit and compliance relative to the region.
Main responsibilities include:
- Providing organizational and administrative Support to the Chairman, EEMEA in connection with the management of partnership relationships.
- Maintaining all oficial documents such as Official seals, records of issued Shares, Corporate bylaws and minutes of all board and shareholder meetings.
- Monitoring corporate governance, ethics and sanctions
- Ensuring that local management obtains and maintains in a timely manner all required business licenses relative to the ethics operating in the region.
Education and Experience required:
University graduate
Degree in Law is preferred
Between 2-5 years in Corporate Secretarial Services function.
