Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, a Management company, is looking for two Corporate Administrators.

 

Our client, a Management company, is looking for two Corporate Administrators.

Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager, the successful candidates will provide quality corporate administrative services to a portfolio of local and international companies in a timely and efficient manner.

Main responsibilities:

  • Attend to requests from duly authorized client representatives in relation to statutory and constitutional changes for client companies, for instance, increases and reductions of share capital, changes in directors and officers, company name changes, amendments to the Constitution, amongst others.
  • Liaise with / notify the relevant regulatory authorities in relation to statutory and constitutional changes as and when required.
  • Attend Board and Shareholder meetings for companies as required, and provide advice on corporate secretarial matters, as necessary.
  • Record Board and Shareholder meeting minutes, and draft and circulate such minutes to the appropriate parties.
  • Ensure that annual company, business, filing and license fees payable in accordance with the relevant legislations are collected and remitted to the regulatory authorities on a timely basis.
  • Ensure that corporate records are well maintained and updated, ensure compliance at all times with respect to the relevant legal and regulatory framework and ensures that changes to the regulatory and administrative status are maintained on a current basis.
  • Complete time recording on a daily basis.
  • Liaise with banks and clients with regards to opening of bank accounts for clients’ companies, operation of bank accounts and assist with the required documentation for banking transactions on a timely basis.
  • Maintain the Minutes Book, Register of Members, Register of Directors and Officers and other registers as applicable to each company.
  • Assist with preparing applications for incorporating all types of Mauritius companies and partnerships.

Qualification:

  • University degree (ICSA or ACCA) in a relevant position
  • At least 2 years’ experience in corporate administration or at least 2 years’ corporate administration experience and completion of Corporate Secretarial Practice 1 and 2.

Candidate profile:

  • A working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2001 and statutory regulations relating to the administration of companies in Mauritius.
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications, specifically MS Word.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good client relationship and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills / Team Player
