he relevant candidate should have: (i) At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar position; (ii) A legal background; (iii) Good communication and interpersonal skills; (iv) Organised with the ability to work under pressure; (v) Good team spirit.
The job will be only compliance focus. The selected candidate will be responsible for the day to day
compliance requirements of the Company as well as the clients under its administration.
The candidate will carry out the following tasks:
(i) File review to ascertain that all the files of the company are up to date;
(ii) Risk profiling of clients and reassessing the risk profiles of clients on a regular basis;
(iii) Compliance checks on all clients;
(iv) Compliance updates to clients and to the company;
(v) Review of payments; and
(vi) Assistance with reviewing the compliance policy of the Company from time to time.
