Chue Wing & Company Limited (ABC Foods) is a leader in FMCG distribution in Mauritius and major Division of the ABC Group of companies. ABC Foods is looking for a dynamic Compliance Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure compliance with internal policies/ procedures and legal requirements for ABC Foods and its subsidiaries.
Key Duties:
- Assist, support, and advise Management on the compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Data Protection Act, Food Act and others.
- Consistent monitoring and risk assessment of the organisation
- Provide training on compliance matters.
- Monitor implementation of policies and procedures
Key competencies:
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of audit methodologies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving Skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
Key qualification:
- Degree holder in related field
- At least 3 years experience in compliance role
