Cim Finance is recruiting a Compliance Lead to support and guide the business through regulatory frameworks. We need someone who is compassionate about compliance and has an affinity for legal frameworks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle compliance queries and carry out compliance research as required
• Liaise with relevant authorities
• Design and provide in-house training on compliance and regulatory aspects
• Monitor and review the reporting of any suspicious transactions and manage the AML Framework of the organisation
• Perform compliance review, spot checks and reporting to ensure compliance with respect to internal policies and legal and regulatory requirements as per agreed annual compliance plan.
• Assess impact of and propose actions in respect of regulatory change on the organization
• Draft and update the AML policy of the organization and other relevant policies.
