Profile
- Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or a related field;
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities;
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee internal publications and contribute to brand visibility;
- Support internal communication in collaboration with HR Department;
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely dissemination of communications;
- Coordinate PR, digital, and social media activities with external agencies;
- Support the rollout of marketing initiatives;
- Liaise with sales teams and distributors on communication-related initiatives;
- Contribute to overall brand visibility across channels;
- Plan and execute events, exhibitions and trade fairs;
- Manage and coordinate event agencies and external partners;
- Ensure delivery within timelines, budget and quality standards;
- Coordinate CSR initiatives in partnership with NGOs;
- Manage donations and community engagement activities;
- Contribute inputs for the annual report and group reporting;
- Prepare communication-related presentations and supporting materials for stakeholders;
- Ensure data and content are collected from relevant departments on time;
- Support crisis communication activities in liaison with Head Office;
