Commercial Sales Manager – Real Estate

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing key client relationships, closing high-value transactions, and driving the performance of the commercial sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities: 
Develop and execute sales strategies for commercial properties including office 
buildings, retail spaces, industrial units, and mixed-use developments 
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, investors, real estate brokers, and 
tenants 
Identify new business opportunities and lead the expansion of the commercial client base 
Oversee the full sales process—from lead generation and client engagement to deal 
closure and handover 
Lead and manage a team of commercial sales agents or officers; provide training, 
mentorship, and performance oversight 
Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to align promotional strategies with 
sales goals 
Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to inform sales 
tactics  
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, pipeline status, and market 
insights for senior management 
Negotiate terms, contracts, and closing conditions with buyers, legal teams, and other 
stakeholders 
Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and property showcases 
 
Requirements: 
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) 
5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on commercial properties 
Proven success in meeting or exceeding high-value sales targets 
Strong understanding of the commercial property market, real estate laws, and 
leasing/sales processes 
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills 
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office Suite, and sales 
reporting tools 
Strong organizational and client management abilities 
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, or industry events
