This strategic position requires an extrovert with strong leadership skills, the ability to drive team performance, optimize profitability, and grow market share in a fast-growing and highly competitive environment.
The position holder will be responsible for increasing turnover and profitability in Kenya by implementing concrete actions to develop and strengthen the brand’s presence in the residential, commercial, and industrial segments, while also managing a network of resellers, electricians, and contractors.
The ideal candidate MUST HAVE a strong understanding of Kenyan culture and business codes, or significant international experience demonstrating fast observation and adaptability skills.
