Clinical Sourcing Officer

C-Care is currently looking for a Clinical Sourcing Officer to be based at C-Care Corporate office.

Clinical Sourcing Officer 

Reporting to the Head of SCM, the selected candidate be working with the team to assist in expanding the import portfolio at C-Care.

What you will be doing?

• Identify medical consumables items which can be imported.
• Source products internationally.
• Manage samples and follow up on feedback from end users.
• Engage with the end users to understand their requirements and source products accordingly
• Import consumables items.
• Acknowledge requisition orders from different business units, organize the logistics across C-Care and ensure proper coordination with internal stakeholders (pharmacy, stores) and external (freight forwarder, external warehouse).
• Follow-up of deliveries from external warehouse to business units.
• Organize monthly inventories of external warehouse and ensure very low discrepancies.
• Participate in business units’ adherence to imported items (samples follow up).
• Keep orderbook updated.
• Promote continuous improvement.
• Analyse stock level and avoid out of stock.
• Analyse % consumption and action accordingly.
• Raising purchase request PR and GRN with respect to imported items.

What are we looking for? 

• Educational background – at least a Diploma.
• Working experience – at least two years working in Supply Chain and Stock Management or warehousing environment.
• Medical background is a plus.
• Experience working as a medical sales representative will be advantageous.
• Skills – attention to detail; time management; conscientious; team player; basic computer skills esp. MS Word and Excel.
