This post requires a working shift of 15:00 - 23:30 to suit United States of America's business hours.

Job Description:

  • Work under the responsibility of the Chief Customer Support Officer
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
  • Participate in meetings with customers using electronic tools
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to maintain quality of service
  • Perform customer verifications before delivery of products
  • Manage customers' accounts and databases
  • Keep up to date records of customer details
  • Prepare, analyse and distribute customer activity reports
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Use existing tools to monitor progression of customers
  • Support Chief Customer Support Officers in their role as cultural leaders in the transformation journey
  • Facilitate working together across the silos instead of separately within them

 Requirements:

  • Diploma Holder
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (both verbal and written)
  • Good analytical skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft tools
  • Be able to work in a team
