The Client Success Coordinator (CSC) will assist the Client Success Manager (CSM) in managing airline clients/customers for Maureva.

 

The Client Success Coordinator (CSC) will assist the Client Success Manager (CSM) in managing airline clients/customers for Maureva. He/She will help ensure smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and effective coordination between clients and internal teams to support client satisfaction and project success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CONTRACT ASSURANCE

  • Monitor processing activities to ensure alignment with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for lower complexity airline clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of client quotations for products or services, collaborate with relevant departments and track quotation status.
  • Regularly follow up on dashboards and ensure that all requests are responded to within the agreed timeframe, in compliance with contractual support processes.

ACCOUNT IMPLEMENTATION

  • Support Client Success Managers in preparation of conference calls.
  • Schedule conference calls, book meeting rooms, and update calendars for clients and internal project teams.
  • Update project tracking tool with minutes of meetings within deadlines and action items promptly.
  • Monitor task deadlines in Redmine (or similar tools) related to project deliverables and application development.
  • Raise alerts on potential risks to project timelines or Go Live dates.

CLIENT RELATIONS

  • Organize client visits with different parties including office management, service delivery and any other department.
  • Gather client requirements and work with internal teams to implement solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for routine client queries and support needs.
  • Escalate issues to senior team members when necessary.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with clients in a support or coordination role.
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Customer service mindset
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and tracking tools
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French.
  • Team player with excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to details.
  • Open to Mauritian citizens only.
