We are currently on the lookout for energetic and outstanding
individuals to join the administration team of our client. Our client is a specialist international life insurance company offering high-value life cover to clients worldwide.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Client Services Representative, you will play a key role in delivering excellent policy administration services to our clients and supporting brokers efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare client quotations and process new business applications within agreed turnaround times
- Monitor client applications until policy issuance and ensure follow-ups on broker inquiries
- Issue policy schedules and broker login details promptly
- Maintain accurate client records and update the administration system with all relevant information
- Assist underwriters to ensure timely processing of client applications
- Support the Client Services Manager in quality control checks and training of new recruits
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, brokers, and underwriters
- Provide clear explanations of complex insurance terms and procedures to clients and brokers
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Your Profile:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within insurance
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in learning and adapting to new systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to investigate and resolve client issues efficiently
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building
