Our client is recruiting a Client Services Coordinator.
JOB OBJECTIVE
To coordinate and manage client communications, service delivery processes, and documentation related to the company’s supply, exports, and client requirements.
The Client Services Coordinator ensures high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with regulatory, veterinary, quality, and operational standards.
Duties
Stock Management
Track and maintain accurate records of stock
Prepare regular inventory reports for management review
Prepare monthly stock report for client
Basic Accounting
Generate and process sales invoices, quotes
Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Client Relations
Manage client orders from initiation to fulfillment.
Maintain client account information and documentation.
Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
Foster positive relationships through clear communication and follow-up.
Ensure client satisfaction by anticipating needs and delivering solutions
Any other cognate duties
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, or related field.
3-5 years experience
Excel intermediate to advance
Some experience in accounting (SAP software will be an advantage)
Interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong dedication to customer satisfaction
Experience as a team leader
Ability to ensure that a safe working environment is maintained by observing all safety procedures and working methods by making proper use of protective clothing and equipment, and by reading, understanding, and following all safety documents issued or notified of.
