Cleaner

Tianli Construction Company Ltd, Grade Large Construction company in the building and civil engineering sector, looking for a full-time Cleaner to join our team in Baie du Tombeau.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the office, gym, and dormitory areas, ensuring all spaces are kept tidy, safe, and comfortable for staff and visitors.

Main responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the office, gym, and dormitory areas daily.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum office floors and corridors.
• Dust and wipe desks, furniture, and office equipment.
• Empty and clean bins, ensuring proper waste disposal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and break areas.
• Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces as required.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed efficiently within the assigned schedule
• Various ad hoc duties and responsibilities as directed by manager

Requirements:

            •           Previous experience as an office cleaner or in a similar role (an advantage).

            •           Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

            •           Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

            •           Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable.

            •           Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks.
