We are looking for a Claims Non-Motor Coordinator to handle and oversee non-motor insurance claims, including property and liability. The role involves coordinating the claims process, ensuring timely settlements, compliance with regulations, and delivering excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle non-motor claims in line with company procedures and KPIs.
- Advise policyholders on the claims process and provide guidance throughout.
- Keep clients regularly informed on the status of their claims until completion.
- Ensure timely claim finalization within set KPIs and clearly explain outcomes, especially in cases of non-coverage.
- Provide regular statistics and information to reporting line and other departments as needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Higher School Certificate.
- Certificate/Diploma in Insurance will be an advantage.
- At least two years experiences in the Insurance Sector, with knowledge of the scope of claims.
- Be conversant with MS Office Tools.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Good written and oral skills in English and French.
