The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support in an effcient and effective manner.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of Company documents, including articles of incorporation, bylaws and minutes of board meetings.
- organise physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of Company documents and records.
- Coordinate and schedule board meetings, committee meetings and other corporate events, including sending out meeting notices and agendas.
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the Compant Secretarial department, including responding to emails, phone calls and letters.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and documents for board meetings, AGMs and other corporate events.
- Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, ensuring that all necessary filings and disclosures are made on time.
- Conduct legal research on corporate governance issues, regulatory requirements and compliance matters.
- Adhere to AML-CFT protocols and procedures for companies, assuring all client due dilligence and KYC on file are up-to-date.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Management/ Law & Management or alternative equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years' of relevant work experience
- Good MS Office skills
