The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support in an effcient and effective manner.

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of Company documents, including articles of incorporation, bylaws and minutes of board meetings.
  • organise physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of Company documents and records.
  • Coordinate and schedule board meetings, committee meetings and other corporate events, including sending out meeting notices and agendas.
  • Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the Compant Secretarial department, including responding to emails, phone calls and letters.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations and documents for board meetings, AGMs and other corporate events.
  • Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, ensuring that all necessary filings and disclosures are made on time.
  • Conduct legal research on corporate governance issues, regulatory requirements and compliance matters.
  • Adhere to AML-CFT protocols and procedures for companies, assuring all client due dilligence and KYC on file are up-to-date.
Profile:
  • Excellent organisationsal skills to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Dynamic, proactive and detailed oriented.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Management/ Law & Management or alternative equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years' of relevant work experience
  • Good MS Office skills
