Our sister Company SIP Ltd’s kitchen at Highlands Rose is recruiting 1 Mauritian Chef de Partie/junior sous chef.
Responsible for:
- Managing orders from kitchen for dispatching on time.
- Food Preparation and Cooking
- Quality Control
- Stock and Inventory
- Maintenance and Cleanliness
- Collaboration and Communication
- Available to work on a 45 hours shift/week roaster from 2 am to 11h00, Monday to Saturday,2 Sundays per month. Company transport shall be provided for morning pick up.
- Previous experience in a similar field would be an advantage
- Holder of a valid certificate of character and food handler.
- Available at the earliest
