Supervise, co-ordinate and participation in the activities and preparation of mise-en-place and cooking processes,

 

Main responsibilities:

•Supervise, co-ordinate and participation in the activities and preparation of mise-en-place and cooking processes,

•To ensure that all orders are correctly prepared and presented as per specification

•Provide efficient and responsive service to our clients;

•Should be able to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of food product and ensure that quality are being met;

Qualifications and profile:

 • Form 4 or equivalent

•NC3 in Food Production or equivalent

 Other Requirements:

•High level of integrity

•Passionate about service

•Creative in terms of quality and food presentation

•Good communication skills

•Ability to work under pressure

•Valid Food Handler’s Certificate

•Willingness to work odd hours and, weekends and public holidays

•A clean certificate of character is a must
