Cashier

We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. The Cashier will be responsible for taking customer orders accurately, processing payments efficiently, and ensuring a smooth, friendly experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately at the counter or drive-through.

• Input orders into the POS system and ensure all items are correctly billed.

• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments securely and accurately.

• Issue receipts, change, and refunds as necessary.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter, cashier station, and dining area.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and promptly.

• Assist with packing takeaway orders and serving customers efficiently.

• Handle customer queries or complaints in a polite and professional manner.

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company operational procedures.

• Support team members during peak hours with basic food prep or restocking tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a fast food / quick service restaurant is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic math and computer skills (POS system experience preferred).

• Honest, reliable, and well-groomed.

• Flexible schedule – must be available for shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
