Card Personalisation Agent (6 months CDD)

We are currently seeking a Card Personalisation Agent who will be responsible for personalization of cards whilst ensuring quality by respecting standards and processes.

TotalEnergies Mobility Services International Ltd (TEMSI) is a tech subsidiary of the TotalEnergies company based in Mauritius. We are approximately 100 employees thriving to innovate, develop and maintain the Company's software solutions. More specifically, we work closely with various Marketing & Services subsidiaries to develop Mobility oriented solutions. 

We are currently seeking a Card Personalisation Agent who will be responsible for personalisation of cards whilst ensuring quality by respecting standards and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Process data efficiently using the designated tool, ensuring all entries are accurate and complete.
• Verify and validate data to maintain the highest level of precision.
• Monitor the printing process to ensure that cards are printed to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks on both data and printed cards to detect and rectify any discrepancies or errors.
• Collaborate with other team members to address and resolve any issues related to data processing and printing.
• Maintain detailed records of all data entries and printing activities for audit and review purposes.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data protection and quality assurance standards.
