Responsibilities include provide quality canteen service including food production and food preparation duties, counter service, clearing tables and cleaning duties. Provide a clean, hygienic environment for the preparation, storage and safe handling of food.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving food and beverages according to established procedures, ensuring quality and hygiene standards.
- Providing friendly and efficient service to internal customers according to their needs.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, including cleaning tables, equipment, and food preparation areas as per the Resort Food Safet and Hygiene procedures.
- Assisting with inventory counts, stocking supplies, and ensuring proper storage.
- Assisting with other canteen-related tasks as assigned, such as clearing tables, disposing of waste, making recommendations for repairs and maintenance and helping in welfare activities.
About You
The ideal candidate should have at least a school certificate. The candidate should have at least experience in the same role in an International Ultra-Luxury Resort. A valid food handler’s certificate is a must.
