We are looking for Canadian French-speaking Customer Service Agents based in Mauritius to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support customers from Canada, ensuring exceptional service quality in Canadian French through phone, email, or chat interactions.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, cultural awareness of the Canadian market, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions in Canadian French.

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude in every conversation.

  • Record and track all customer interactions using internal CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality.

  • Meet defined performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Canadian French (native-level proficiency) — excellent oral and written communication.

  • Good understanding of Canadian culture, tone, and communication style.

  • Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or client support roles.

  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

  • Computer literate and comfortable using CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).

  • Based in Mauritius and available to work in shifts aligned with Canadian time zones.


Preferred Qualifications (Asset):

  • Experience handling Canadian clients or working for North American markets.

  • Knowledge of telecommunication, e-commerce, or financial services.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
