Cafe Operator

Reporting to the Outside Catering Manager , the selected candidate will have the following responsibilities :

What you will be doing :

• Provide high standards of customer service (both service and cashiering duties) at cafe and canteen
• Ensure strict adherence to customer service , safety standards, hygiene,sanitation aand tidiness at all times while performing the related duties
• Checks with customers to ensure tht they enjoying their meals and takes corrective actions where necessary
• Always promotes upselling of food products
• Ensure tht a good imaage of the company is being displayed at all times by dealing courteously with customers
