Overseeing the day to day operations and overall management of the outlet.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• The Café LUX* Manager will oversee and direct all the activities of the Café LUX* outlet;
• The incumbent will direct the entire operation of the Café LUX*, which includes supervising all Team Members , ensuring the outlet meets quality and food service regulatory requirements, and ensuring that customers are provided with an amazing coffee experience;
• The Café LUX* Manager will also be responsible for the safeguarding of the financial success of the outlet and maintaining LUX* Resorts and Hotels’ brand reputation;
• This role has a strong hospitality element and must ensure that the outlet delivers high-quality food, coffee and excellent customer service.
EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of 9 years of working experience in Food & Beverage operations preferably in a 5 star resort;
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager preferably in a 5 star resort.

• Strong team management and leadership skills in order to lead, motivate and develop subordinates;
• Strong knowledge of coffee drinks will be a definite advantage;
• Creative and innovative;
• Proactive, dynamic, flexible and professional attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service skills;
• Organisational, financial and analytical skills;
• Ability to identify problems and provide solutions;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French languages;
• Sound knowledge of Micros;
• Willingness to work during odd hours, weekends as well as public holidays;
• A clean certificate of character is a must.
