RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge for cooking, preparing and presenting food in an aesthetically pleasing way for customers;
- Keeping stock of food and ordering supplies;
- Adhere to expectations and health regulations set by the outlet.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 or 2 years in a similar position in Food & Beverage operations preferably in a 5 star resort;
- Experience in retail / specialty store or food establishment preferred.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid food handler’s certificate;
- Willingness to work during odd hours, weekends as well as public holidays;
- A clean certificate of character is a must.
