One of our Client in the funeral Industry is looking for a Customer Relations Officer to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve inquiries and foster long-term loyalty.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and suggest improvements.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Higher School Certificate
- Proven experience in customer service or client relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
