Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong foundation in customer retention, digital campaign execution, and CRM platform management.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer engagement, player journey design, and content localization. This role requires at least 2 years of CRM experience, strong skills in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Campaign Support
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and deploying CRM campaigns (email, SMS, in-app).
- Segment player databases based on behavior, activity, and preferences.
- Coordinate multilingual (EN/FR) content and campaign translations.
Content & Creativity
- Write and localize engaging campaign copy, subject lines, and promotional banners.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams on seasonal offers and campaign calendars.
- Proofread all CRM content for clarity, tone, and accuracy.
Website & Player Journey
- Update and manage landing pages and promotional areas on the website.
- Monitor player lifecycle and optimize key journey touchpoints from registration to reactivation.
- Ensure a seamless, branded experience across all platforms.
Performance Reporting & Optimization
- Track CRM metrics such as open rates, CTRs, conversions, and player engagement.
- Support A/B testing and share insights to improve campaign performance.
- Maintain CRM dashboards and reports in Excel or integrated tools.
Tools & Process Management
- Maintain CRM databases and ensure data cleanliness and segmentation accuracy.
- Utilize tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar for automation and scheduling.
- Create internal templates for campaign tracking, briefs, and documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or communications.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Excellent content writing and editing skills.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic understanding of user experience (UX).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and creative thinker with a can-do attitude.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in iGaming sector.
- Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or basic HTML knowledge.
- Interest in data analytics and tracking player behavior trends.
