Recruiting for COST CONTROLLER
Main Duties
- Assist in budget & revised forecast preparations.
- Collaborate with operations to provide quality reports to Management on actuals v/s forecasts.
- Assist in price computations.
- Maintain and update fixed assets register.
- Follow up of pending Purchase Orders with operations and suppliers.
- Prepare suppliers’ and tonnage reconciliation.
- Perform periodic perpetual stock count and cost control reports by activity.
- Conduct monthly operational and financial meetings with relevant analysis and action plan.
- Maintain proper filing of documents.
- Perform any other cognate duty.

- Excellent organisational skills to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Team spirit and collaboration.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Fluent in English and French (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Dynamic, good interpersonal, results-oriented, analytical skills, pro-active and detail-oriented.
- Good MS Office skills.
Qualifications
- Holder of a Degree in Accounting/Finance/ ACCA Level 2 or alternative equivalent qualification.
- At least five (5) years of relevant work experience.
