CONSTRUCTION SURVEYOR

The Construction Surveyor will have to co-ordinate and attend with the Site Manager on aspects of his mission and in close collaboration with the Contract Management Team to safeguard the contractual liabilities and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the preparation of the budget cost of project and monitor deviation during work implementation.
2. Prepare Interim and Final Account Statement.
3. Attend to Cost Control and prepare monthly cost report / cash flow forecast.
4.  Assist Contract Management Team in contractual follow up of site.
5. Monitor payment and application for payment from subcontractors.  
6. Other duties as required.

Qualification and Experience:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Fluent in Civil Engineering,  Infrastructure and Morcellement Project
• Knowledge  in Word, Excel Auto Cad, Microsoft project
